“Citizens of India as defined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India, in Standard Form as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette with self attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, educational qualification, caste, Employment exchange registration certificate, experience if any, along with 3(three) copies of recent passport sized photographs for filling up the following posts under the establishment of Office of the Principal Judge, Family Court,

Educational Qualification: Class VIII Passed

Age limit: 18 – 43 years of age as on the last date of receipt of applications (i.e on 20.12.2019). In appropriate cases, relaxation of age will be admissible as per the existing rules of the government of Assam.

Scale of pay with grade Pay: 12000-37500+ GP 3900(PB1)

Selection process: Written Test, Viva-Voce

How to Apply:  Standard Form with self attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, educational qualification, caste, Employment exchange registration certificate, experience if any, along with 3(three) copies of recent passport sized photographs

1. Applications must reach the undersigned during office hours on or before 20.12.2019.
2. Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above shall not be eligible to apply for the aforesaid posts.
3. The applicant whose application is found in order will be called for Written Test to be held at a place and date to be notified in due course. Successful candidates will be further called for Viva-Voce.
4. The details of the candidates including the date of written & Viva-Voce will be published in NOTICE BOARD of the official website of Nalbari District Judiciary www.nalbarijudiciary.gov.in. No separate call letter will be issued to the candidates.

7. Incomplete applications will be rejected without assigning any reason. No application will be accepted after the last date of submission of applications.

Envelope containing application should clearly mention the following ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON’ and should be addressed to

“Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalbari, PS & District- Nalbari, PIN- Se 781335”.
