Vacancy Position, Qualification, Scale of Pay & Reservation:
1. Driver
No of posts: 1 (UR)
Pay: PB Rs. 14000-60500 G.P-5200/- in pay band 1
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification HSLC or equivalent.
2. Office Peon
No of posts: 3 (OBC/MOBC: 1, EWS: 1,UR: 1)
Pay: PB Rs. 12000-52000 + G.P-3900/- in pay band 1
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification Class-VIII passed.
3. Chowkidar
No of posts: 2 (OBC/MOBC: 1,EWS: 1)
Pay: PB Rs. 12000-52000 + G.P-3900/- in pay band 1.
Educational Qualification: Class-VIII passed.
4. Jarikarak
No of posts: 4 (EWS)
Pay: PB Rs. 12000-52000 + G.P-4400/- in pay band 1.
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification Class-VIII passed.
Age: The applicant must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01-01-2020 as per Govt. O.M. No. ABP 6/2016/51 Dated.02.09.2020. Upper age limit for OBC/MOBC is 43 yrs, SC/ ST is 45 yrs as per existing Govt. norms.

The accepted applicants have to appear for a written test. All information pertaining to written test result and final result will be intimated through newspaper and notice board of the Deputy Commissioner Office, Nalbari.
How to apply:
The application should be submitted in the Standard Form of Application as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX on or before 14.10.2020 up to 3.00 PM in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari, P.O.: Nalbari, PIN: 781335.
1. The candidates having the required essential qualification for the posts as mentioned above may apply for the posts by submitting application on or before date as fixed.
2. Candidates have to send their application to the following address through post, super scribing the post applied for on the top of the envelop. The candidates may also submit application in the drop box placed at Room No. 9 in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari.

3. For the post of Driver Candidates (a) Must possess proficiency in Driving (b) Must possess a valid four wheeler Driving License (LMV) issued by the Competent Authority
(c) Candidates should be of sound health, both mentally and physically and free from organ defect / bodily infirmity likely to interfere with efficient performance of his duties
(d) Candidates must not wear spectacles with dark or tinted glasses and
(e) Required to undergo Medical Examination before appointment to the service.
4. The candidate must submit self-attested Xerox copies of the proof of Permanent Resident of Assam (Voter ID or PRC), Qualifying Examination, Age, Caste certificate etc. along-with recent passport size photograph and specimen signature at the application.
5. Candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) are required to furnish proper “Income & Asset Certificate” issued from competent authority.
6. Applicants who are already employed must apply through their respective Employer within the stipulated period.
