The State Level Police Recruitment Board, Assam decided that the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) will be the Nodal Agency to conduct the following Written tests:
1. Combined Written Test for:
a. 2391 posts of Constable (UB) & 4271 posts of Constable (AB) in Assam
Police
b. 813 posts of Constable in APRO and 788 posts of Constable ete in F & ES.
c. 754 posts of Constable / Guardsman under DGCD & CGHG
2. Written test for 154 posts of Constable in AISF Battalions (SPOs only) under DGCD & CGHG
3. Combined Written Test for
a. 306 posts of Sub Inspector (UB) in Assam Police.
b. 320 posts of Sub Inspector (AB) in Assam Commando Battalions
c. 10 posts of Assistant Deputy Controller (Jr.) Civil Defence under DGCD &
CGHG.
4. Combined Written Test for
a. 705 posts of Constable (UB) and 1429 posts of Constable (AB) in Assam
Police.
Venue of written Tests –
All the written Tests shall be held in the following ten centres except for the posts of Constable in AISF Battalions (for SPOs only).
The written test of the Constable of AISF Bn. (for SPOs) shall be held in Guwahati only.
1. Tinsukia 2. Jorhat 3. Diphu 4. Silchar 5. Guwahati 6. Bongaigaon 7. Kokrajhar 8. Tezpur 9. Nagaon and 10. Haflong
i) The Schedule of the different written tests shall be as follows:
a) 2391 posts of Constable (UB) & 4271 Posts of Constable (AB) in Assam Police.
(b) 813 posts of Constables in APRO and 788 posts of Constable etc. in F & ES and
(c) 754 posts of Constable/ Guardsman under DGCD & CGHG.
Date/Time: 20th February 2022/ 11 AM to 1 PM.
a) 154 posts of Constable in AISF Battalions. Date/Time: 27th February 2022/ 11 AM to 1 PM. a) 306 posts of Sub Inspector (UB) in Assam Police. (b) 320 posts Sub Inspector (AB) in Assam Commando Battalions and (c) 10 posts of Assistant Deputy Controller (Jr.) Civil Defence under DGCD & CGHG.
Date/Time: 24th April 2022/ 10 AM to 12 Noon.
a. 705 posts of Constable (UB) and 1429 posts of Constable (AB) in Assam Police.
Date/Time: 24th April 2022/ 2 PM to 4 Noon.
The date of Written Tests mentioned above are tentative and may change, if
required.
For smooth conduct of the CWT -2022, there will be a District Level ExaminationMonitoring Committee which will monitor all activities of conducting the Written Testsand ensure that all instruction contained in the Instructions Booklet are followed in letter and spirit.
