Job.info In exercise of powers conferred by “The Assam Direct Recruitment Commission for Analogous Posts in Class-lll and Class-IV Act, 2021” online applications are invited from intending and eligible candidates who are citizens of India having registration number in Employment Exchange in the State of Assam for filling up 13,141 nos. of vacant Grade-III posts (tentative) under different establishments/departments under Govt. of Assam. There will be reservation of posts for various categories as per prevailing Government Rules. The details of the vacancies including particulars of pay in Pay Band -2/3 and applicable Grade Pay, etc. shall be published ahead of conduct of Examination along-with details of reservations against reserved categories.

Scale of Pay: The pay band and grade pay of the post as per Assam Services (Revision of Pay) Rules, 2017 and as amended.
The category-wise eligibility criteria has been mentioned below.:
Grade-IV (Class-IV)
Read upto Class VIII: 9,000
HSLC or Equivalent passed: 4,300
Maximum Qualification: The maximum allowed educational qualification for Class-IV posts is HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent examination passed. Candidates having qualification higher than maximum qualification are not eligible to apply for these vacancy.
Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 months duration.
Grade III (Category II)
Name of posts: Field Assistant, Fieldman, Foreman, Section Assistant, Soil Conservation Field Worker Junior, Agriculture Extension Officer, etc.
No of posts: 3,690 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent examinations.
(Laboratory Assistant,Section Assistant, Photography Assistant etc candidates to be class 12th passed from science stream.)
Grade III (Category III)
Name of post: Driver
No of posts: 1,120 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination.
Age Limit: The Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2022.
Age Relaxation: The category wise upper age relaxation is as mentioned below.
1. SC/ST: 5 years
2. OBC/MOBC: 3 years
3. Ex-Servicemen: 2 years
4. PwD: 10 years
Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have register their name in any one of the employment exchanges of Assam.
Application Fee:
All the applicants have to pay a nominal fee as application fee. The fee can be paid online using various below mentioned methods. The category-wise application fee is as mentioned below.
Category:
1. UR/OBC/MOBC: Grade III: 350, Grade IV: 200
2. SC/ST : Grade III: 250, Grade IV: 150

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY IN PRESCRIBED FORM THROUGH ONLINE MODE ONLY. NO OTHER MODE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION IS ALLOWED.
i) Instructions for filling up prescribed online form shall be available in website www.sebaonline.org as well as in the official Assam Government website i.e. www.assam.gov.in from 11th of April 2022.
