Educational Qualification:
1. Minimum educational qualification for the post is VIII passed.
2. Candidates having qualification of HS or above are ineligible for the post.
Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and the upper age limit for SC and ST(H) candidates would be 45 years as per Govt Notification No’ ABP’ 06/2016/51, dated at Dispur the 2nd September, 2020 issued by department of Personnel, Govt. of Assam.
How to Apply:
- Applications in the standard form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part IX along with age certificate, educational qualification certificate, caste certificate from competent authority, employment registration certificate must be sent by post to the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat or may be dropped in the Drop Box for application to be kept at the premise of office (Third Floor).
2. All documents furnished with the application must be self-attested by the candidate himself/ herself. Application shall be written neatly in Block letters.
3. One recent passport size photograph will be pasted in the specified box and additional 2 copies of recent passport size photographs will be affixed for any future use.
4. The applicant must have written the post applied for in Bold Letter in front of the envelope.
5. All filled-up applications should reach the office within 30 days from the date of publication [DOP: 14/08/2023] of this advertisement.
