SSA, Assam Recruitment 2019 [Under Samagra Siksha]

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates not more than 45 (forty five) years of age for the below mentioned positions under Samagra Siksha on contractual basis. The posts are temporary in nature and the selected canddiates will be initially engaged for a period of 11 (eleven) months only. The contractual engagement will neither be regularized under Samagra Siksha nor will be absorbed under any job/programme of Government of Assam in future.

1. Name of post: District Programmer

• Number of Posts: 8 positions at district level
• Qualification: 1st class BE in Computer Science/Electronics or MCA with minimum 1 year experience in database management and in house software development.
• Pay in Pay Band: 22000 – 87000 Grade Pay 11500.

2. Name of post: District Electronic Data Processor (EDP)

• Number of Posts: 16 positions at district level
• Qualification: Graduate with minimum 1 year Diploma in Computer Application/DTP from reputed institutions or Diploma n Computer Application from ITI or 3 years diploma from Polytechnic and 1 year work experience.
• Pay in Pay Band: 14000 – 49000 Grade Pay 6200

3. Name of post: Block MIS Coordinator

• Number of Posts: 15 positions in Blocks levels
• Qualification: Passed with minimum 2nd class BE in Computer Science or Electroncis & telecommunications engineering/MCA with at least 6 months’ work in database management.
• Pay in Pay Band : 22000 – 87000 Grade Pay 11500.

4. Name of post: Block Electronic Data Processor (EDP)

• Number of Posts: 31 positions in Blocks levels
• Qualification: Graduate with minimum 1 year Diploma in Computer Application/DTP from reputed institutions or Diploma n Computer Application from ITI or 3 years diploma from Polytechnic and 1 year work experience.
• Pay in Pay Band: 14000 – 49000 Grade Pay 6200

• Age : eligible candidates not more than 45 (forty five) years
• Application Fees:  The candidates are to deposit an amount of Rs. 200/- in the form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) in the name of Mission Director, Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Kahilipara,Guwahati-19. The candidates must have to submit the detail of IPO in the online application.

• After successful submission of on-line application, the candidates have to submit the printed online application along with self attested photo copy of certificates and marksheets and IPO of Rs. 200/- against each post within 03.02.2019 in Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Kahilipara, Guwahati-781019.
• SSA, Assam is not responsible for any postal delay or delay in submission of application.
• Incomplete application/ application without relevant documents and IPO will be summarily rejected.
• Only short listed candidates will be called to appear in written/practical test to be held at State Mission Office, SSA, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19. The exact date and details will be communicated separately.
• The selected candidates of district/ Block level posts will be engaged in any district in the State of Assam
