Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class VIII but Candidates who have passed H.S. or above shall be ineligible to apply for the aforesaid post.
Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years of age or more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2025. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
Other Skills: Preference will also be given to those candidates who are having professional skills. Preference will be given to those candidates who are working in Judicial Court.
How to Apply:
1. The application must be submitted along with self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, Caste along with 03 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side.
2. The application should be addressed to The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang, P.O. & P.S. Kajalgaon, Dist. Chirang, Assam – 783386.
3. The applicants shall submit their application in a drop box made available for the same in front of the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang, Kajalgaon or they may submit through ordinary postal service or speed post. Application sent through registered post or private courier service will not be entertained.
4. The applicant should mention their mobile number in the application without fail.
5. Envelope containing application should indicate the name of the post and category to which they applied for on the top in the Block letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON”. Those who failed to do so, their application shall not be considered under the said category.
6. The last date of receipt of application form is 20/02/2025 up to 5:00 P.M.
