A walk-in-interview will be conducted on 3rd August, 2019, for temporary engagement on contractual basis for a period mentioned against each post as below in the Office of the Assam Board of Wakfs under the ‘Qaumi Waqf Board Taraqqiati Scheme’, implemented and funded by Central Waqf Council, MoMA, Govt. of India.
1. Name of the Post: Accountant
Qualification:
1. Graduate in commerce stream.
2. Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
3. Adequate knowledge of Waqf Act, 1995.
4. Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute.
5. Thorough knowledge of Accounts.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounts and Tally.
Max. Age: 38 years
Duration of engagement: 09 months (may be extended for further period to satisfactory performance & receipt of fund under the scheme)
Fixed pay per month: 31,500/-
2. Name of the Post: Assistant Programmer
Qualification:
1. Diploma in Computer Science/ B.C.A. or equivalent from a recognized university/Institute.
2. Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
3. Adequate knowledge of Waqf Act, 1995.
4. Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Max. Age: 38 years
Duration of engagement: 06 months (may be extended for further 06 months to satisfactory performance)
Fixed pay per month: 15,750/-
How to apply:

Terms & Conditions of the appointments:
1. The posts shown above are purely temporary and on contractual basis carrying consolidated monthly fixed pay. No allowances except the monthly fixed pay will be admissible.
2. No claim for absorption or regularization of the posts shall be entertained. However, the period of engagement may be extended subject to continuation of the scheme and satisfactory performance.
3. No claim for availing leave other than Govt. notified holidays shall be entertained.
4. The selected candidate shall have to execute undertaking prior to joining.
5. No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the walk-in-interview.
