Assam Deputy Commissioner, Lakhimpur Recruitment 2019

In pursuance of Govt. letter No.GAG(B).259/2016/199 Dtd 07.09.2018 & No. GAG(B).259/ 2016/Pt-1/6 Dtd. 25.07.2019. applications are invited from the Indian citizen domiciled in the State of Assam in Standard Form in Assam Gazette in Part IX for recruitment of vacant Jarikarak (Gr-IV) Post in the Scale pay of PB-I = 12000-37500, Gd. Pay- 4400/- plus other allowances.

Name of the Post: Jarikarak (Gr-IV)

Number of Post vacant: – 05 [UR: 1, ST (H):2, OBC/MOBC: 1, EWS: 1]

Qualification: Read up-to class VIII.

Age: – 18-43 years of age on 1st January, 2019. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates.

Scale pay of PB-I = 12000-37500, Gd. Pay- 4400/- plus other allowances.

Selection procedure:- Candidates, whose applications are accepted as per eligibility criteria, will be required to appear in a written examination. The written examination will be of 100 marks for 03.00 hours duration and the selection will be strictly on merit basis.

The syllabus of Written Examination:-

1. General Knowledge :- 50 marks.

2. General English :- 10 marks.

3. Language skill in Assamese :- 40 marks,

Date and Venue of written examination:- The date and venue of written examination will be intimated in the call letter and also will be notified through the district website http://lakhimpur.nic.in.

How to apply:

Application in Standard Form together with self-attested copies of all testimonials such as Certificate of Educational Qualification, Age proof Certificates. Caste Certificate. Income & Asset Certificate in Annexure- I shall have to be produced by the candidates identified as Economically Weaker Section (EWS), valid Employment Exchange card,Candidates shall have to submitted 3(three) copies of recent passport size Photograph. out of which 1 (one) copy shall have to be pasted (Not stapled) on the right top comer of the Application form etc. may be submitted or delivered in

Issue of call letter:- Call letter will be issued to the candidates individually as well as it can be downloaded from the district website- http://Iakhimpur.nic.in.

Last date of application: – 21.08.2019. The application sent either by the post or submitted by hand shall have to reach the office of the undersigned within the last date.
