1. Name of the Post: Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)

Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Pay scale: 14,000/ – to 49,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5,600/- pm plus other allowances
2. Name of the Post: Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A.)
No of posts: 1[UR]
Qualification: Atleast 5 (Five) years’ experience as L.D.A. in a Government Department of Assam
Pay scale: 14,000/ – to 49,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 7,400/- pm plus other allowances
3. Name of the Post: Grade-IV (Peon) (Contractual)
No of posts: 1[UR]
Qualification: Class-VIII passed
Pay scale: Fixed pay as per Rules.
Age: 18 to 43 years on 01.07.2019. Relaxation of age applicable as per Govt.

Selection Process:
1. For the Post of Upper Division Assistant: Selection will be made through Interview (Viva-Voce).
2. For the post of Lower Division Assistant: Selection will be made through Written Test, Computer Test and Interview (Viva-Voce).
3. For the Post Grade-IV (Peon): Selection will be made through Written Test and Interview (Viva-Voce).
How to apply: Offline/ Standard form
The application must be accompanied by the following:
a. Self attested copies of all certificates/ mark-sheets and all other supporting documents in support of age, educational and other qualification, caste etc. including valid employment exchange card (except for the post of U.D.A.).
b. Three self attested passport size photograph (one needs to be pasted in the application and other two should be enclosed in the application with full signature of the candidate in the back side.)
c. Candidates must mention their phone number & e-mail ID in the application form.
1. Original certificates / all other supporting documents will be verified/ scrutinized at the time of Interview.
2. A self-addressed envelope (size: 22cm X 10cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5 must be. enclosed in the application.
3. The application should be addressed: to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup, Amingaon.
4. The application should reach the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup, Amingaon on or before 03.10,2019 (within 05.00 PM) by hand or general post. No application will be accepted after the last date. This Authority will not be responsible for any postal delay.
5. Candidates must mention prominently the name of post applied for on the right hand corner of the envelope containing the application.
6. List of eligible candidates, date, time and venue of the respective tests will be published in the official website of Kamrup District Judiciary i.e. https://districts.ecourts.gov.in/kamrup.
