Barpeta Judiciary Recruitment 2021

Application are invited in the prescribed Standard Form of application published in part-IX of Assam Gazette, from intending and eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as defined in articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India and having registration number in an Employment Exchange in the State of Assam, for filling up the following vacant post under the establishment of the undersigned in the Pay Band & Grade Pay with other allowances as admissible under Govt. rules as shown below :

1. Peon
No of posts: 1 [STP]

2. Chowkidar
No of posts: 2 [UR]

Pay: PB-1 Rs 12000 to 52000, GP: Rs 3900

Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: The candidate must have registered their names in any employment exchange of Assam.

Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India.

Age Limit: The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age and less than 18 years of age as on 01.01.2021. 

 The upper age limit is relaxable :

(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Class VIII passed and up to Class XII.

How to Apply:

1. 
   Filled up “Application Form” in standard form of Assamalong with self attested copy of Age certificate, certificates and mark sheets regarding educational qualifications, Caste Certificate from competent authority, Employment Exchange registration certificate along with 3 (three) recent passport sized photographs must be sent by POST to the O/o the CJM, Barpeta, PIN – 781301 Assam, or, may be dropped in the Drop Box for Application to be kept at the O/o the CJM, Barpeta and all documents furnished with the application must be self-attested by the candidates.
   
   2. Application shall be filled up in BLOCK LETTERS.
   
   3. Candidates serving in any Government department must apply through proper channel.
   
   4. Contact nos. and E-mail ID must be provided in the application.
   
   5. Envelope containing the application should indicate the name of the post applied for in Block letters as –“APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON (ANTICIPATED VACANCY) /CHOWKIDAR“.
