In pursuance of General Administration Department, Dispur’s letter No. GAG(B)259/2016/Pt.I/122, Dtd. 15-10-2020, online application are invited through the official website of https://niyukti.assam.gov.in/dclakhimpur from eligible candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the constitution of India domiciled in the State of Assam for filling up of the following sanctioned vacant Post in the Establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Lakhimpur in the Pay Bands & Grade Pay with other allowances as admissible under the rule as shown below

1. Jarikarak
No of posts: 3 [UR-2, OBC/MOBC-1]

Pay: PB-I, Rs.12000-52000, Gd. Pay: 4,400

2. Peon
No of posts: 4 [OBC/MOBC-2, STH-2]

Pay: PB-I, Rs.12000-52000, Gd. Pay: 3,900

3. Chowkidar
No of posts: 6 [UR-3, OBC/MOBC-2, STP-1]

Pay: PB-I, Rs.12000-52000, Gd. Pay: 3,900

4. Room Bearer
No of posts: 1 [UR]

Pay: PB-I, Rs.12000-52000, Gd. Pay: 3,900

Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age on 1st January, 2020. The upper age is relaxable for S.C. & S.T candidate is upto 45 years and for OBC/ MOBC candidates is upto 43 years.

Educational Qualification: Class VIII passed.

Selection Process:

Candidates, whose applications are accepted as eligible criteria will required to appear in an objective type written examination. The written examination will be of 100 marks for 02:00 hours duration. The selection will strictly on merit basis.

The syllabus of Written Examination is as given below:

(i) General Knowledge: 50 marks
(ii) General English: 25 marks
(iii) Language skill in Assamese: 25 marks

The Date and Venue of Written examination will be intimated in the Admit Card and also will be notified through https://niyukti.assam.gov.in/dclakhimpur, https://lakhimpur.nic.in.

Candidates will be required to upload scanned and self-certified of all testimonials such as Education Qualification Certificates, Age proof Certificates, Caste Certificate, Valid Employment Exchange Registration card, Good quality of photograph etc.

The candidates already in service must apply through proper channel and upload scanned copy of NOC of the concerned department.

The Applications will be received online from Midnight of 16th November, 2020 to the Midnight of 7th December 2020.
