Eligible candidates can apply online by filling up online application forms
available at the official website of the Directorate of Medical
Education (DME), Assam (www.dme.assam.gov.in) from 30/01/20 20
to 14/02/2020 till midnight.
The following documents in original will have to be produced at the time of document verification if called for and photocopies of all certificates etc. are to be submitted
(a) 2 (two) copies of passport size colour photograph which is uploaded at the time of online application form submission.
(b) HSLC admit card or birth certificate for age proof.
(c) All marks sheets and pass certificate
(d) Caste certificate (where applicable)
(e) Person with Disability (Divyang) Certificate (where applicable).
(f) Proof of Permanent resident of Assam
(g) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. Certificate of training experience Extra Curricular etc.
