Job.info In pursuance of the letter from the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Govt. of Assam vide letter No. CEI(E)21/2019/Pt-I/56 Dtd. 08.02.2021 online applications are invited from eligible candidate who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5-8 of Constitution of India domiciled in State of Assam for filling up of the following sanctioned vacant post in different offices under Irrigation Department of Nagaon District in the Pay Bands and Grade Pay with other allowances as admissible under the rules as shown below.
1. Name of Post: Peon/Chowkider
No of posts: 21 [UR:7, OBC/MOBC: 4, SC: 1, STP: 3, PWD: 6][RFW: UR:2,OBC:1, STP:1]
2. Name of Post: Khalashi
No of posts: 8 [UR: 3, OBC/MOBC: 2, SC: 1, EWS: 2][RFW: UR: 1, OBC/MOBC: 1]
Education Qualification : VIII Pass
Pay Scale: Rs 12,000 – 52,000, GP: 3900
Age: Candidate must not less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age on 01.01.2021. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3 years for OBC. As per Govt. Rule in force.
