Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate/ Post Graduate in Law or Doctorate in Law from any recognized University in India. Candidate must possess the educational qualification as on the last date of application
Age Limit: Candidate’s age must be maximum 40 years as on last date of application.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
1. OBC: 3 years
2. SC: 5 years
3. STP/ STH: 5 years
4. PwBD: 10 years
Experience: Candidate practicing at the Bar or having professional experience or literary works in Law to their credit would get preference.
Employment Exchange Registration: Must possess a valid Registration number of Employment Exchange for the State of Assam.
