Scale of Pay: Rs.  12,000-37,500 + GP Rs. 3900/- (PB-1)
 
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII pass and Maximum Class XII Pass

Professional Qualification: Should possess a valid LMV driving licence with minimum 3 (three) years of experience.

Citizenship: Candidates must be an Indian citizen as defined in the article 5 to 8 of constitution of India.

Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than eighteen (18) years of age and not more than forty (40) years of age as on 27.09.2023.

Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

1. SC/ ST: 5 years
2. OBC: 3 years

How to Apply:

1. 
   The applications should be submitted either by hand in the drop box kept in the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Majuli for the purpose or by post on or before 27.09.2023 upto 4 pm, with all testimonials supporting educational qualifications, age, caste and experience etc.
   
   2. Candidates must have to enclose the following self attested copies of testimonials along with their applications:
   
   a. Driving Licence.
   b. Latest Employment Exchange Card.
   c. Certificates, mark sheets in support of their educational qualification, age, caste, experience etc.
   d. 3(three) copies of recent Passport Size Photographs.
   e. Candidates have to mention their Contact number at the bottom of the Application Form.
   
   3. The envelope containing the application form should be super scribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF DRIVER” and the same should be addressed to “The District & Sessions Judge, Majuli, PIN: 785104″.
