Job.info In continuation to the advertisement No.SSA/Esstt/Engagement/MIS/MISC/228/2015/5834 Dated. 25.01.2019, it is hereby inform to all concerned that, the lists of shortlisted eligible candidates will be uploaded on 15.02.2019 in the SSA web site www.ssa.assam.gov.in.
• Further, all the shortlisted eligible candidates are required to be appeared in a written test scheduled as mentioned below.
• The shortlisted candidates are requested to download the Admit card from the SSA website www.ssa.assam.gov.in from 15.02.2019 onwards. The venue of written test will be mentioned in the Admit card.
• The written Test will be OMR based and Question will be Multiple Choice Type.
• The duration of written test will be 2 Hours.
• Candidates have to produce any Photo identity card like Voter Id/ PAN card etc. before the Invigilator along with Admit card.
• Candidates should bring Black ball point pen only.

• The Result of Written test will be declared and uploaded in SSA website www.ssa.assam.gov.in on 27th February, 2019.
• Candidates in the ratio of 1:5 (5 candidates for 1 post) in order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test shall be shortlisted and called to appear in the Computer Practical test/ interview.
• SSA reserves the right to fix cut off mark, if any, for the written test.
• Where more than one candidate, obtain same grand total marks, the candidate who obtains more marks in the written test will get preference. Where the marks obtained by such candidates in the written examination are also same, then the candidate who is senior in age will get preference.
• There will be interview for the shortlisted candidates for the post of District Programmer and Block MIS Co-ordinator. Candidates should bring original mark sheet and certificates to attend the interview.
• The interview for the post of District Programmer will be held on 01.03.2019 at State Mission Office, SSA, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.
• The interview for the post of Block MIS Co-ordinator will be held on 01.03.2019 and 02.03.2019 at State Mission Office, SSA, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.
• The computer Practical Test for District and Block EDP will be held on 03.03.2019.
• The details shall be uploaded in SSA web site www.ssa.assam.gov.in
• No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the written test/ Computer Practical test/ interview etc.
