Assam SARBA SIKSHA ABHIYAN Recruitment 2019 [Engagement under Mid-Day- Meal Scheme]

On line application are invited from eligible candidates of minimum 21 years and maximum 43 years as on 01.01.2019 for the following positions under Mid Day Meal Scheme on contractual basis for a period of eleven (11) months which will be extended depending upon the performance for implementation of Mid-Day-Meal programme in the State of Assam

1. Name of Post: State Programme Manager (SPM)

• Number of Post : 01
• Salary/Remuneration per month : Rs. 35,000.00 Salary is negotiable in case of experienced/qualified candidate

• Qualification: Full time MBA with experience in programme management related with social sector activities from recognized university

Or

• Master Degree in Economics (with Statistics as a subject at Degree level) from recognised University.

Or

•  Master Degree in Social Works (with experience in social sector programme) from recognised university.

• Minimum five (05) or more years’ experience in implementation of scheme/programme in the Assam context.

• Must be literate in MS Office.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working for health or development organisation, either public or private, ideally in programmer design and/or implementation.

• Experience in partnership building and management in the context of health or development/nutrition.

• Ability to work with efficiency, particularly as part of a team effort.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to organise/prioritize work and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demand.

2. Name of Post : State MIS Manager (SMISM)

Number of Post: 01

• Salary/Remuneration per month : Rs. 35,000.00 Salary is negotiable in case of experienced/qualified candidate
• Qualification:

• 1st class B.E. in Computer Science/ Electronics or MCA from recognised University with minimum three (03) years of

• Experience in database management and in house software development.

3.Name of Post : State Accounts Officer (SAO)

• Number of Post: 01 Salary/Remuneration per month: 22,000/

• Qualification: • B.Com with major in Accountancy/CA/ICWA inter having          minimum five (05) years

• working experience in Accounts related works of Govt. Deptt./Undertaking / Public Sector Organization/ Reputed Private Organization.

• Must be computer literate with Tally Software Knowledge.

4.Name of Post : State Accounts Assistant (SAA)

• Number of Post: 01

• Salary/Remuneration per month: 15,000/-

• Qualification:

• B.Com with minimum 45 marks aggregate and having two (02) years of working experience in Accounts related works of Govt. Deptt./
  Undertaking/Public Sector Organization/ Reputed Private Organization.      

• Must be computer literate.

DISTRICT LEVEL

5. Name of Post : District Programme Manager (DPM) (1 post per district)

• Number of Post: 18

• Salary/Remuneration per month: 25,000/- (Salary is negotiable in case of experienced/qualified candidate)

• Qualification: Full time MBA with experience in Programme Management related with Social Sector Activities from recognized University

Or

• Master’s Degree in Social Works (with experience in Social Sector Programme) from recognized University,

• Three (03) years working experience in Health/Education or related organization in Social Sector.

• Must be literate in MS-Office

6. Name of Post : District MIS Manager (DMISM) (1 post per district)

• Number of Post: 9

• Salary/Remuneration per month: 22,000/-
• Qualification: 1st class B.E. in Computer Science/ Electronics or MCA from recognised University.
  With minimum one (01) year of experience in database management and in house software development .

• Age : Candidates of minimum 21 years and maximum 43 years as on  01.01.2019
