1. Name of the Post: Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)

Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Pay scale: 14,000/ – to 49,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5,600/- pm plus other allowances
2. Name of the Post: Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A.)
No of posts: 1[UR]
Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. atleast 5 (Five) years experience as L.D.A. in a Government Department of Assam (preferably Judicial Department)
Pay scale: 14,000/ – to 49,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 7,400/- pm plus other allowances
Age: 21 to 42 years on 01.07.2019. Relaxation of age applicable as per Govt.

Selection Process:
Name of Post: Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A)
1. The candidates must submit their applications in a Standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX.
2. Candidates shall have to appear in a written test and the qualifying candidates will be called for Viva-voce/ Oral Interview.
3. Candidates having knowledge of computer applications and having requisite experience and the documents proving so shall be given preference.
4. List of eligible candidates and the venue of the written test will be uploaded in the Website of http://dimahasaojudiciary.gov.in prior to the date of examination. The tentative date of the Written Examination has been fixed on 29.09.2019 at HAFLONG.
6. Candidates must furnish the following testimonials along with their applications.
i) Self attested copies of certificates, mark-sheets from H.S.L.C. onwards in support of their educational qualification, age, experiences, etc.
ii) 3 (Three) copies of recent pass -port size photographs with signatures on the back-side.
7. The Written Examination will be of 100 marks and Viva-voce/Oral Interview will be of 50 marks.
The examination pattern is given below: (Total: 150 Marks.)
- English: 30 Marks
- G.K. and Current Affairs: 35 Marks
- Reasoning & Mathematics: 25 Marks
- Assamese (Official language of Assam): 10 Marks
- Viva-voce / Oral: 50 Marks
The Top 20 (Twenty) Candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the written Examination shall be called for the Viva-voce / Oral Interview in the ratio of 1:20.
Name Of Post: Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A) Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidates must have rendered continuous services as Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.) in a Government Department of Assam (preferably Judicial Department) for at least 5 (Five) years.
Selection Process:
1. Candidate will be selected through Oral Interview/Viva-voce carrying 100 Marks.
2. The testimonials must necessarily contain NOC from his/her current employer, copies of ACR for 5 (Five) years, service book and other relevant documents.
3. List of eligible candidates, dates, time and venue will be uploaded in the official Website (i.e. http://dimahasaojudiciary.gov.in)
4. The candidates must submit their applications in a Standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX with 3 (Three) self-attested photo copies of all testimonials through proper channel only.
How to apply: Offline/ Standard form
1. Candidates must have a valid Mobile Number and an Email ID, both of which should be duly inscribed on top of the Standard form.

5. Incomplete application and application received after due date shall be summarily rejected.
6. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall result in disqualification of the candidate.
7. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the written test or in viva-voce.
8. The decision of the selection board shall be final in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of such recruitment.
