Age Limit: Age of the candidates should be between 21 years to 40 years as on 01.01.2026. Age relaxation for reserved category shall be applicable as per Government policy.
The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Class X/ Class-XII Examination Admit Card/Pass Certificate/Mark sheet issued by recognized Central/State Board/Council where age/Date of Birth is clearly mentioned.
RCCC Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Recorder Certificate Class Course Training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-40 in the mandated examination by an official result declared by the Director of Land Records & Surveys etc., Assam, in both Survey and Settlement subjects, prior to the commencement of Govt. notification No. LA&A/429557/158 dated 13.08.2026 .
Computer Proficiency: Candidates must have proficiency in use of Computers having computer typing speed minimum 30 WPM in English and 15WPM in Assamese/Bengali.
NOC for Govt. Employees: Candidates already in Central/State Government service should apply through proper channel and should produce NOC (No objection Certificate) from the respective HoDs (Heads of Departments) at the time of document verification.

Documents to be Submitted
Candidates must produce the following testimonials at the time of Skill Test/ Documents verification:
- Hard-copy of Online Application Form.
- Class-X/Class-XII Examination Admit Card/Pass Certificate/Mark sheet issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council where age/DoB is clearly mentioned.
- Certificates & Mark sheet of all examinations from HSLC or equivalent examination onwards.
- Copy of RCCC passed certificate.
- Caste Certificates seeking reservation as SC/ ST/ OBC/ MOBC/ OBC (T) from the competent Authority.
- Physically Handicapped certificate issued by competent authority, if any.
- Declaration Form-A (Application of normal Family norms).
- Mobile No./WhatsApp No./Email address(mandatory).
- Documentary support for any other claim(s) made.Those candidates who are already in Government service should produce NOC (No objection Certificate) from the respective HoDs (Heads of Departments) at the time of the Skill Test/ Document Verification.
