1. Name of the Post: Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)

Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Pay scale: 14,000/ – to 49,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 6,200/- pm plus other allowances
Age: 21-44 years as on 01-01-2019.
2. Name of the Post: Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A.)
No of posts: 1[UR]
Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. atleast 5 (Five) years’ experience as L.D.A. in a Government Department of Assam (preferably Judicial Department)
Pay scale: 14,000/ – to 49,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8,000/- pm plus other allowances
Age: Candidates must not be above 45 years as on 01.01.2019
3. Name of the Post: Peon (contractual)
No of posts: 1[UR]
Qualification: The minimum educational qualification required is Class Vlll passed and maximum is Class XI passed.
Pay scale: Fixed pay of Rs. 9000/- per month.
Age: 18-44 years as on 01.01.2019.

Selection Process:
Name of Post: Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A)
Selection process will be through written exam followed by viva-voce.
Candidates selected for calling to viva-voce will have to pass written test in the form of multiple choice question comprising of 100 Marks.
Name of Post: Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A)
Candidate will be selected through Oral interview/ Viva-voce.
Name of Post: Peon (contractual)
Selection process will be through written test followed by viva-voce for the top 10 performers in written examination.
Candidates for viva-voce will be selected through written test which will be conducted in the form of multiple choice question comprising of 50, marks in the ratio of 1:10.
How to apply: Offline/ Standard form
1. The candidates for all the above mentioned posts must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to B of the Indian Constitution of India.
2. The application should accompany self attested copies of all documents in support of education, age and other qualifications and four (4) copies of duly signed recent pass port size photographs.
3. One self-addressed envelope of 5 X11 cm. affixing postal stamp of Rs. 10/- (ten) only is to be enclosed with the application for dispatching Admit Card.
4. Incomplete applications will be rejected without assigning any reason.
5. Duly filled up applications along with self attested testimonials should reach the undersigned on or before 31.10.2019 by 4.30 PM at the office drop box.
6. Applications shall be received by post or may be submitted in office drop box at Charaideo Court Complex or at Sivasagar District Judge court Complex.
