Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: The candidate must have registered their names in any employment exchange of Assam.
Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on the date of his/ her submission of application.
Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

2. OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification is class VIII passed and candidate must hold a valid license to drive LMV/four-wheeler vehicles, which is at least five years old on the date of application.
