Inspector of Schools, Dima Hasao Recruitment 2020 @Assistant Teachers

In pursuance of the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong’s letter No. AC/SlU/l/ IS(EDN)/2017-18/322 dtd 01.07.2020, applicatiom are hereby invited in standard application form as publish in the Assam Gazette from the intending and eligible candidates, who are citizen of India for filling up of the following various categories of vacant post of Assistant Teachers in Govt & Provincialised Higher & High schools as mentioned below in the scales of pay and other allowances as admissible under the rules as shown against the posts. Name of posts and eligibility criteria:

 

1. Science Teacher (Royal)
No of posts: 21
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-8,700
Educational Qualification: B.Sc (Royal) with 50% marks and BT/ B.Ed degree. Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper for the candidates of reserved categories & minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category.

2. Science Teacher (Bio)
No of posts: 13
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-8,700
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Bio) with 50% marks and BT/ B.Ed degree from any institution recognized by NCTE. Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper for the candidates of reserved categories & minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category.

3. Assamese Language Teacher (Senior)
N. of Post: 8
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-8,700
Educational Qualification: B.A./ B.Sc/ B. Com from any recognized University with Assamese as one of the subjects with 50% marks and B.E/B.Ed degree from institution recognized by NCTE. Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper for the candidates of reserved categories & minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category.

4. Hindi Teacher (Senior)
No of posts: 4
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-8,700
Educational Qualification: Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 50% marks having degree Educational Qualification from any recognized University or B.A with Hind as one of the subjects with 50% marks and BT/ B.Ed. degree from any institution recognized NCTE (Parangat to be treated as equivalent to B.Ed- degree only for the purpose of Hindi teaching). Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper for the candidates of reserved categories & minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category.


5. Assistant Teacher (Intermediate)
No of posts: 30
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-6.200
Educational Qualification: BA, B.Sc, B.Com.from any recognized University with 50% marks and BT/B.Ed degree from any institution recognized by NCTE Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper for the candidates of reserved categories& minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category.

6. Assamese Language Teacher (Junior)
No of posts: 15
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-6,200
Educational Qualification: BA, B.Sc, B.Com from any recognized University with Assamese as one of the subjects with 50% marks and BT/ B.Ed degree from any institution recognized by NCTE. Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper for the candidates of reserved categories & minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category.

7. Hindi Teacher (Junior)
No of posts: 12
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-6,200
Educational Qualification: Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 50% marks having degree Educational Qualification from any recognized University or B.A. with Hind as one of the Subjects with 50% marks and BT/ B.Ed degree from any institution recognized by NCTE Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper for the candidates of reserved categories & minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category.

8. Classical Teacher (Sanskrit Graduate)
No of posts: 2
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-8,700
Educational Qualification: Shastri with 50% marks having Degree Educational Qualification from any recognized University or B.A. with Sanskrit as one of the subjects with 50% marks and BT/B.Ed degree from any institution recognized by NCTE. Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper tor the candidates of reserved categories & minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category.

9. Classical Teacher (Sanskrit) (Intermediate)
No of posts: 1
Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-49,000, GP-6,200
Educational Qualification: Shastri with 50% marks having Degree Educational Qualification from any recognized University or B.A. with Sanskrit as one of the subjects with 50% marks and BT/ B.Ed degree from any institution recognized by NCTE. Candidates must be TET qualified with 55% marks in each paper for the candidates of reserved categories & minimum 60% in each paper for the candidates of general category

Age as on 01/01/2020: The maximum age limit of the candidate as on 01.01.2020 should not be more than 38 years. There will be relaxation by 5 years for SC and ST as per Government norms.

Medium of Instruction: No candidate is allowed to apply in Bengali or Assamese medium schools the candidates does not have MIL in Bengali or Assamese respectively in the HSLC Examination or equivalent certificate/ diploma in Bengali or Assamese language.



Selection Process: After scrutiny of applications candidates will be called for verification of their testimonials which will be intimated to them in due course of time and the select list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the following examinations)

a) HSLC/ HSSLC Examination
b) B.A B.Sc/ B. Com. Examination.
c) B.Ed/ B.T Examination.
d) TET Examination

There will be Viva-Voce for the candidates and apart from the marks given in the Viva-Voce addl. marks will be given to the candidates having the following):

a) Having NOC ‘C’ Certificate holder and for ‘B’ Certificate holder.
b) Having participation in recognized sports in National Level representing Assam.
c) Having achievement in Fine Arts and Cultural activities representing the State Officially at National Level.
d) Local candidates will be given preference as per Govt Circular No. HAD.110/86/24 dtd. 27.08.1987

How to apply: The candidates should apply in duly filled up prescribed form of application along with all self-attested certificates, testimonials and N.C. Hills Autonomous Council Count Fee Stamp of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) to the office of the Inspector of Schools, Dima Hasao, Haflong on or before 27th July 2020.

In-service candidates should apply through proper channel along with NOC from their employer otherwise their application shall be rejected.
