PNRD, Assam Recruitment 2021

Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development, Assam, invites online applications from eligible candidates who are citizen of India as defined under Article 5 to 9 of the Constitution of India and fulfill the eligibility norms of educational qualification, age, work experience etc. as mentioned below against each category for purely temporal contractual posts. The posts have been created for Cluster Facilitation Project under MGNREGA of Panchayat & Rural Development, Assam.

1. State Project Officer – NRM
   No of posts: 1
   
   Educational Qualification & Experience:
   
   1. B. Tech in Civil/ Agriculture Engineering.
   2. At least 8 years work experience must be on rural infrastructure projects/ NRM projects while working with reputed organizations.
   3. Knowledge of English, Hindi and local language is necessary
   
   Pay: Rs.1,00,000 plus Travelling allowance @ max. 10% of Emoluments based on actual bills
   Age Limit: 30–45 years as on 01–01– 2021
2. State Project Officer – Livelihood
   No of posts: 1
   
   Educational Qualification & Experience:
   
   1. Master in Agricultural Economics /Horticulture / Agro forestry /Agronomy /Forestry.
   2. At least 8 years work a should be primarily on use of agriculture and allied activities for enhancement of incomes of rural poor
   3. Knowledge of English, Hindi and local language is necessary
   
   Pay: Rs.1,00,000 plus Travelling allowance @ max. 10% of Emoluments based on actual bills
   Age Limit:30–45 years as on 01–01– 2021
   
   3. District Coordinator– NRM
   No of posts: 2
   
   Educational Qualification & Experience:
   
   1. B.Tech in Civil/ Agriculture Engineering
   2. At least 5 years work experience must be on rural infrastructure projects/ NRM projects while working with reputed organization.
   3. Knowledge of English, Hindi and local language is necessary
   
   Pay: Rs. 75,000 plus Travelling allowance @ max. 10% of Emoluments based on actual bills
   Age Limit: 27-40 years as on 01–01– 2021

2. The link for Online Application will be active from 10.30 am of 1st October 2021 and will remain active till 4.30 pm of 11th October 2021. No communication in respect of submission of Online Application will be entertained once the submission date is over. Mode of Application is Online only.
