Scale of Pay: Rs. 14,000/- to Rs.70,000/-GP: Rs. 8,700/- Pay Band – 2 

Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2026.

Educational Qualification:  

 
# Candidate must have 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any technical institute recognized by AICTE.
# The Diploma course must be a regular course. 

Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Resident-ship:

(i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(ii) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency along with the application form.  

Small Family Norms: The candidates have to submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying for the post.
